Our Story
RPN started as two investors who were tired of working with the traditional realtor model and competing with the entire marketplace. They decided to disrupt the normal channels of finding investment properties and source their own deals to help build their rental and flip portfolio. They created a proprietary algorithm to weed out the thousands of deals that don’t make sense and hone in on the few deals that pencil. They quickly found success and were overloaded with more deals than possible to handle. They decided to share this success with investors they knew. This grew from investors they knew into one of the largest investment networks in the nation, now known as the Real Property Network. RPN has now sold thousands of transactions to investors at deep discounts.

Hello, I’m Director of Dispositions. I am from Oregon, and I proudly joined the Real Property Network family back in 2016, standing as one of its earliest members. Ian is a seasoned professional in the Southern California real estate industry, with over eight years of active experience. He is known for his willingness to take calculated risks and step outside his comfort zone to achieve results. Born & Raised in the Pacific Northwest. Zack graduated from the University of Washington where he studied Urban Planning & Design. After college, he wanted to dive into the wild world of Real Estate. Zack joined the Property Max team in 2019 and the rest is history! He credits Property Max for changing his life, providing him with the skills & tools needed to excel in the industry, and the motivation to continually develop in his personal and professional life. Zack has always had a passion for architecture, but now truly enjoys working on a variety of homes all over the state while making a real world impact in peoples’ lives.
Born and Raised on the West Coast, Cole has been in the Real Estate and Construction Industry for more than 7 Years. He is a loud and proud member of a company that continues to mature and evolve. A student in all aspects of life, Cole yearns to continue growing every day and in every way. He continues to communicate thoroughly with investors to ensure that they are able to get all their needs met as well as strategic guidance and confidence to their end goals as a team.
Born and raised in Western Washington. Shortly after graduating High School in Snoqualmie, he moved to Coeur D’ Alene, Idaho and worked to acquire a Real Estate License. After two quick years as an Agent, he joined the Property Max team in Seattle and moved back to the West Side. Excited and grateful for the opportunity to work as a young professional, Miles strives to keep learning and growing while building healthy, friendly relationships with Buyers and Sellers alike.
Born and raised in Oregon. Ally has been in the Real Estate industry for a little over 3 years. She started her career in Real Estate working for one of the largest Escrow and Title companies in the nation. After two years working and gaining tons of knowledge in Escrow, she then joined the Property Max team. Ally loves working with a team full of people that always strives for success and continues to look for new opportunities to grow along the way. She possesses great attention to detail, while also providing outstanding communication skills and customer service to all clients and partners. Ally is eager to keep expanding her knowledge in the Real Estate industry to better serve in all types of transactions.
